To validate your profile, please enter your information as it appears on your last statement.

Enter your Member Number (Note: include any zeros before the number. i.e., if member number is 1234 enter 01234, if the number is 123, enter 00123), First name and Last name exactly as they appear on your last paper statement (Note: Your First name is typically in our system as your given name).  If you have a middle initial with any punctuation, please enter as it is shown. If you are a spouse please add an A after the member number(01234A).
The system will confirm whether the information entered is correct.
